Nymax Chose Zikodrive to Power its Laboratory Mixers
The Zikodrive ZDSP Stepper Motor Controller for laboratory applications proved to be just the controller that Nymax were looking for when they were sourcing components for their Lab-1 Universal Mixers. The Lab-1 (see video below) is a powerful and impressive new laboratory mixer from Nymax which offers a large range of potential fittings and therefore applications.
Nymax selected the ZDSP Stepper Motor Controller for its laboratory mixer units, which are now sold all around the world, because of its reliability and the fact that it is available with a customised speed range. The ZDSP drives a NEMA 23 stepper motor which enables the Lab-1 to have exceptional torque and speed control in a compact and easy to use package.
On top of the exceptional speed control is the onboard safety features of the ZDSP such as stall protection and over temperature cut outs. Resetting the controller is then a simple question of removing the obstacle and the controller will then startup again.
