Zikodrive have today formally launched something that we have in practice been doing for a while, namely remote tech support using platforms such as Skype, Teamviewer, WhatsApp and more.
These platforms provide enormous scope for us to assist customers in setting up controllers, getting started with new prototypes or changing programming parameters in order to deliver the performance they need. Options such as screen sharing, the use of webcams to observe the specific applications in practice and even taking control of the desktop enable us to make quick adjustments to firmware and quickly see any issues you may be having in practice.
This service has proven particularly popular with many of our export customers where on site technical support is particularly expensive.
