Zikodrive proud to announce support for Watermark Fund with ZD10LCD launched as Watermark Product

We are proud to announce that we have made the Zikodrive ZD10LCD stepper motor controller our Watermark Product. This means that for every unit sold we will donate 5% of the sale price to the Watermark Fund.

So, what does this mean and why have we done it?

On Boxing Day 2015 the Calder Valley was hit with major flooding right down the valley. This caused millions of pounds of damage leaving hundreds of people homeless and many businesses badly hit. The impact on local towns such as Sowerby Bridge, but especially Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd was enormous.

The Watermark Fund has been setup to build up a resilience fund to ensure Calderdale is ready to deal with future floods and extreme weather when they occur.
