The Design team at Zikodrive have recently moved into new premises marking a new and exciting time of development for the department at the start of 2026!
With the team growing, and more lab space needed for designing and testing as demand for custom motor controllers grows, it was time to find more space and better facilities to keep up with the demands of this area of the business. Working in partnership with our current Landlord on the Topland Country Business Park, we were able to source what we needed in close proximity to our other unit, to bring minimal disruption to our current projects. A big thank you to our dedicated staff who helped with the move and the setting up of the equipment which ensured us to have a smooth transition, ready for the start of 2026.
Our new unit has given us the opportunity to have a larger open plan office space for design collaboration, more separate offices and facilities for staff members and more space to increase testing capability. A big thank you must also go to Thornber's on-site maintenance team for decorating and making the building feel brand new and ready to move into.
