✽ Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
DEK Printers with Hawkeye Inspection
DEK produce some of the highest quality solder paste printers in the world. We use DEK solder paste printers with additional Hawkeye inspection system to ensure that paste distribution is consistent / even and to eliminate potential defects from misprints or clogged stencil apertures.
Samsung Pick and Place Machines
We operate 4 Samsung pick and place machines offering up to 30k Components per Hour (CPH) and enabling us to carry out multiple jobs simultaneously. We can cater from 0201 to large and odd-form parts.
Automated Optical and First Article Inspection (AOI)
Quality Control is absolutely critical to our manufacturing philosophy. We have multiple AOI machines enabling rapid automated inspection of electronic assemblies. All staff are trained to IPC-A-610 and we can offer up to Class 3.
✽ Through Hole Technology (TH)
Ersa Wave Solder Machine
For single sided TH, we operate Ersa Wave Solder machines. These machine enable rapid automation of TH assembly. In combination with specialist jigs we can manage all potential issues that occur in manufacturing.
Pillarhouse Selective Soldering
If wave soldering will not do then it is likely that selective solder will work well. We operate Pillarhouse Selective solder machines enabling double sided SMT or complex TH parts to be manufactured quickly and easily.
Hand Soldering and Small Batch Production
Where smaller batches are required and it is more cost-effective to hand solder, our team are fully trained to deliver.

Acrylic Conformal Coating Machine
If you have a requirement for conformal coating, we can offer this as an additional service to your CEM. Whether it's a simple single sided spray or a more complex programme that's required, our fully trained team can deliver.
✽ Polyurethane Potting
Polyurethane Potting Machine
As part of our power electronics work we regularly have to find thermal management solutions for our customers. One common method is to use polyurethane potting compound to fix electronic assemblies and prevent vibration based damage and improve thermal performance.
