Zikodrive are delighted to announce that we have officially achieved Investors in People (IIP) accreditation — a recognition that reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting, developing and empowering our team.
This milestone follows several months of collaboration with the Investors in People organisation, during which we reviewed our internal processes, gathered staff feedback, and explored new ways to strengthen our people management practices.

A Team Effort
The accreditation process involved a detailed staff survey and consultation sessions aimed at understanding how well Zikodrive supports its employees in areas such as leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, and engagement.
The company received strong scores across many areas, as well as constructive insights that will help shape ongoing improvements.
“We’d like to thank our lovely staff for their openness and enthusiasm throughout the process,” added Phil. “Their feedback has been invaluable in identifying both what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.”
A special thank you also goes to Kathryn, Zikodrive’s consultant throughout the process, whose experience and guidance helped the company gain maximum value from the accreditation journey.
Building for the Future
While achieving accreditation is a proud moment, Zikodrive view it as just one step in a longer journey. The insights gathered will be used to refine internal systems and strengthen the company’s focus on employee wellbeing, engagement, and productivity.
